BELLYDANCE every Saturday 3-4 pm, $5 a class at the Haw River Ballroom in Saxapahaw Come dressed to move. Hip scarves provided. No experience required. The Haw River Ballroom is located in the same building as the Saxapahaw General Store. If you walk from the General Store toward the bridge, you will see a ramp that goes up to The Eddy pub, and the Ballroom is below. There may be signs for Cup 22, which is the cafe inside the Ballroom. Come in to the cafe and down the stairs into the Ballroom itself, where there is a beautiful big floor space for dancing! You can dance barefoot, but dance shoes are also fine, if you prefer.
